Refund policy

1. Platform-side failures are refunded automatically

Platform failures such as turnitin_blocked, login_failed, upload_failed, report_timeout, or system_error are detected by our failure classifier and the reserved credits are returned automatically.

2. User-side failures are not refundable

Unreadable files, unsupported languages, insufficient word count, or other document-side issues are not refundable. Please check files before upload.

3. One-time credit packages

Unused credits can be refunded within seven calendar days of purchase by contacting support@njbejm.cn. Partially used packages are refunded proportionally based on remaining credits.

4. Subscriptions

First subscriptions can be refunded within seven days if no checks were created. Renewals can be cancelled before the next billing date. Contact support within 24 hours for accidental renewal charges.

5. Redeem codes

Redeemed codes are not refundable. Unredeemed batches may be refunded by the purchaser.

6. Refund timing

• Stripe: 3-10 business days
• Alipay: 1-3 business days
• WeChat Pay: 1-5 business days
